Psypher Labs
Mission
Psypher Labs is building toward a safe digital future, one where the systems we all depend on stay trustworthy, and stay in human hands.
Remain coherent for the word human to include us all and not exclude anyone.
Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?
Who watches the watchers?
An old question, now facing a brand new frontier.
Artificial intelligence is being woven into our sociotechnical systems, and most critically, into the ones that protect us: the security tools, the safety mechanisms, the things we trust to watch over everything else. That's not a bad thing. But it raises a crucial question:
If AI is the one doing the watching, who's watching the AI? What happens when it's tricked, jailbroken, or turned?
Someone has to watch the watchers. That's us.
Based in San Francisco, California, Psypher Labs is an independent AI safety and cybersecurity research lab.

What the lab builds
Flagship / AI Security
Psypher AI Threat Assessor
Attacks the model, audits the infrastructure, and maps every finding to MITRE ATLAS. One traceable signal instead of scattered results.
Research / Capstone
DPC-YOLO26
An NMS-free defense that turns diffusion residuals into a suspicion field, suppressing adversarial patches while keeping real objects.
Infrastructure / AI Security
Kybernos
Zero-trust gateway for AI agents. Every tool call authenticated, authorized, validated, and audited before it runs.
Threat Intelligence
HunterEngine
Deterministic threat-enrichment engine. Maps phishing and insider lures to MITRE ATT&CK, generates YARA + STIX 2.1.
